The Traldi Resort Agriwellness is the perfect location for guests who love ethical tourism and the outdoors, as it is located in a beautiful spot in direct contact with nature.
It can be reached easily: located in Vetralla, a 50 minutes' drive from Rome Fiumicino Airport and around one hour from Rome Ciampino Airport, it is near Viterbo, 60km from Rome and around 30 minutes' drive from the Civitavecchia Port, near Terme dei Papi and the Via Francigena, on the western side of the Cimini Hills and near the volcanic crater that gave rise to the gorgeous Lake Vico, in addition to being surrounded by many points of historical and artistic interest.
The Traldi family established the farm in the 1960's, thanks to the intuition and brilliance of Angelo Traldi, who bought this magnificent estate.
The Traldi Resort is surrounded by nature and nestled within 150 hectares of land that are all accessible, where one can take walks, excursions and special itineraries in direct contact with nature. Here we grow centuries-old olive trees, which produce the international award-winning extra virgin olive oil Olio Traldi.
The Resort, the agritourism and the estate are today managed with care and passion by Angelo Traldi's daughter and granddaughter, Elisabetta and Francesca, who have given life to an exclusive and charming place, with a relaxing atmosphere and an original and yet refined style.
The amenities available to guests are: the reception, the Spa (which includes chromotherapy showers and a sauna), TV and lounge, outdoor showers and two exquisite swimming pools designed to make guests feel surrounded by nature, which are flanked by water features. One of the swimming pools features powerful whirlpool jets, it is covered and heated, and thus can be enjoyed all year-round; thanks to the large windows overlooking the landscape and the beautiful olive grove, guests can feel immersed in nature at any time.
At night, the garden, Spa and Resort itself are spectacularly lighted.
The Resort is built according to earthquake-proof regulation and is powered by a photovoltaic system that produces "clean" energy.
While at the Resort, guests can watch the various farm activities going on, such as the olive harvest, the production of oil at the mill, the production of cheese, the planting and threshing of crops.
Guests can also enjoy a breakfast room (for continental and American buffet breakfast), a biodynamic vegetable garden that guests can visit and where they can choose fruit and vegetables to eat, our animal farm, a large garden and free parking.
